All products are made to order through our trusted production partner Printify

Orders are typically processed same day and shipped from our U.S. distribution center within 1 –5 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days 

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, postal service issues, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey right to your door.

Some items may arrive in separate packages depending on the print facility. Don't worry if you haven't received full order, the rest is on the way. 

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, and destination. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Every item is custom-made. We do not accept returns. We do not issue refunds.

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective we will issue store-credit for the same amount or send a replacement item of same or lesser value with remaining balance being issued as store credit. 

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we’ll issue a free replacement or issue store credit for the same amount within 3 business days — no need to ship anything back.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery window, please let us know at info@foramericans.shop.

We’ll work directly with Printify and the shipping carrier to locate your package in a timely manner or send a replacement if it’s confirmed lost in transit.  

WRONG ADDRESS & MISSING PACKAGE 

Please double-check your address before confirming your order. If an incorrect address was entered and your package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to the sender.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
